We send you a
confirmation email, with information for
sending a $350 deposit to secure your reservation.
The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to
arrival.
Your
damage deposit is refunded at time of check-out. It is that simple.
A tourism tax of 12% and a $70 cleaning fee is not included in the price above.
